1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TailorBD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One registration is valid for one shop/business only.

3. Use of Service

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

4. Subscription & Payments

• TailorBD operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
• SMS recharge is a separate service billed based on usage.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TailorBD — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of IT Genius BD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with prior notice where reasonably possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
