Refund Policy

1. Overview

At TailorBD, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our subscription plans and SMS recharge services.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Service not activated after successful payment (within 48 hours)
  • Significant service failure on our part lasting more than 7 consecutive days
  • Incorrect billing amount charged

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Unused portions of active subscription periods
  • SMS balance already consumed
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month usage — subscriptions are not prorated

4. SMS Recharge Refund

SMS recharge amounts are non-refundable once added to your account. However, unused SMS balance will remain in your account and carry over as long as your subscription is active.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at info.itgeniusbd@gmail.com with subject 'Refund Request'
  • Include your registered phone number and shop name
  • Provide the payment transaction ID or receipt
  • Describe the reason for your refund request

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
